  • Gardening is providing relief from stress and anxiety and a sense of purpose for people during this time of uncertainty. It's also a way to connect with others, which is increasingly important as people stay physically apart.
  • To avoid a tight neck or sore wrists, workers at home should remember to keep good posture, which consists of feet flat on the ground, a straight spine and head not hunched forward. Here's a list of exercises to improve overall posture and combat poor posture while working.
  • The team at Campus Sonar has been listening to online conversations about the coronavirus and higher education since early March. Their Industry Briefings include analysis of the conversation—who's talking and where—top topics of conversation, audience sentiment, hidden voices, and more. The free resources also include recommendations and insights into how campuses can use the analysis to inform planning and strategy, and a slide deck to share with your team and constituents.
