Membership

The Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) is an individual and institutional membership organization, which serves the citizens of the state of Missouri by offering educational leadership through the state's community colleges. MCCA offers services to the state, to its member organizations, and to its individual members in four areas:

  1. Educating the public about the contributions made by community colleges.
  2. Offering professional development programs for administrators, classified staff employees, faculty, and trustees at member institutions.
  3. Collecting, interpreting, and disseminating information pertinent to community colleges.
  4. Shaping higher education policy in the state through the legislature and the Executive Branch including the Governor's office, the Department of Higher Education (MDHE), the Coordinating Board for Higher Education (CBHE), the Department of Economic Development, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), and other related state agencies.

Membership Categories

Select the membership category that best suits you:

  1. INDIVIDUAL: No matter your role at your organization, we will provide you with the tools you need to excel in your job and will connect you with peers who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. MCCA membership is $30 and you may opt-in for payroll deduction. (East Central College, Jefferson College, Metropolitan Community College, Mineral Area College, St. Charles Community College, St. Louis Community College, and Three Rivers College)
  2. INSTITUTIONAL: No matter your role at your organization, we will provide you with the tools you need to excel in your job and will connect you with peers who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. MCCA membership is complimentary(Crowder College, Moberly Area Community College, North Central Missouri College, or Ozarks Technical Community College)
  3. AFFILIATE: You are not employed by a Member Organization. Affiliate Membership will help you access resources that strengthen your knowledge of higher education and workforce development and provide opportunities for you to contribute to the community college community so you can position yourself for continued success. MCCA membership is $75.
Join/Renew

NOTES: 

  • Do not RENEW your MCCA membership using this renewal form unless you need to make updates to your previous membership/renewal form (e.g., opting in or out of payroll deduction). Your membership renews annually. Simply submit payment via your Member Profile (My Profile > Invoice).
  • Do not JOIN or RENEW your MCCA membership if you are an employee of Crowder College, Moberly Area Community College, North Central Missouri College, or Ozarks Technical Community College. Your college provides Institutional Membership and no action is needed as an individual. Click here to log in to your account and begin exploring your MCCA membership benefits. Membership Refunds

MCCA makes all efforts to ensure satisfaction with membership purchase. Refunds for membership will be provided within three (3) business days of the reception of payment for a new or renewing member. After three business days, no refunds will be made available for membership purchases. Requests for refunds in membership must be emailed to [email protected].

Payroll Deduction

To opt-in for payroll deduction, you must join or renew by the following date:

  • East Central College: before October 1
  • Jefferson College: before October 1
  • Metropolitan Community College: before September 30
  • Mineral Area College: before October 1
  • St. Charles Community College: before October 1
  • St. Louis Community College: before September 17
  • State Fair Community College: before September 4
  • Three Rivers College: before September 30
