Whether you’re a higher education professional ready to take your career to the next level or an executive looking to boost your team’s competencies, MCCA is your home for professional development. Formal learning paired with meaningful networking opportunities creates a powerful combination to fuel individual careers and entire organizations. (MCCA does not offer credentialing at this time.)

Annual Convention

Each year, the MCCA Annual Convention attracts nearly 600 attendees, making it the largest gathering of community college and workforce development professionals in the state. The three-day event provides educational sessions, resources and creative tools, the latest information on new innovations and technologies, and networking opportunities.
