President and CEO

Brian has been a higher education professional for more than a decade. He received a Master’s in Public Affairs from the Truman School at the University of Missouri-Columbia and is working on an EdD from Texas Tech University. Before joining MCCA as President and CEO in 2017, Brian served as chief of staff at the University of Missouri-Columbia and as legislative director for the Missouri Department of Economic Development. He also represented MCCA in the Missouri capitol as a legislative consultant with John Bardgett & Associates. He currently lives in Columbia with his wife and three daughters.




Jordan L. Williams

Deputy Director
                                   and General Counsel  

Jordan joined MCCA in September 2019 as Deputy Director and General Counsel. Jordan’s primary responsibility is to oversee the Missouri Apprenticeships in Manufacturing Program (MoAMP), a U.S. Department of Labor grant and statewide initiative to deliver innovative pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship training programs through Missouri’s community colleges. Jordan has worked in public service for most of his legal career, serving at the local, state, and federal levels. His most recent role was as a Unit Leader for the Office of the Missouri Attorney General. He received both his B.S. and Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri. Jordan lives with his wife and three children in Columbia, where he coaches tee-ball and spoils his dog.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                



Ramona Mundwiller

Director, Grants Administration 

Ramona joined MCCA in April 2014 and has served as an executive assistant and member engagement and events manager. She currently serves as a grants administrator for SkillUP and Jobs for America's Graduates in Missouri (JAG). Before joining MCCA, she worked at the Missouri Osteopathic Association as the marketing and communications coordinator developing the monthly newsletter, creating marketing materials, and managing the association website's transition. Ramona has a bachelor's degree from Central Methodist University and an associate degree from St. Louis Community College.




Katy Alexander

Director, Communication

Katy joined MCCA in June 2021 with a passion for writing and a background in communications. Katy most recently served as a communications specialist in the Office of Missouri Governor Michael L. Parson preparing numerous speeches, statements, press releases, and other official communications on behalf of the Governor's Office. Katy is graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism with an emphasis in strategic communication and public relations. She currently lives in Jefferson City with her fiancé and German Shepherd dog.

Executive Assistant

Debbie currently works part-time for the association as executive assistant to the President and CEO. Previously, she provided support to the association during the membership drive and in the time leading up to our annual convention.
